President Micciche stated SENATE BILL NO. 66 "An Act relating to                                                                
the membership of the legislative council; and relating to the                                                                  
membership of the Legislative Budget and Audit Committee" would                                                                 
be returned to the State Affairs Committee. Without objection, the bill                                                         
was returned to the State Affairs Committee.
